The CONNEXION to humanity will always be HOPE but the the CONNEXION to God will always be through our prayer life. We don't have to have HOPE that God hears our prayers, because God always hears our prayers. We can have FAITH in that, because of what God has told us in His Holy Scriptures.

"Call to me and I will answer you, and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known." 
~The LORD GOD, ​Jeremiah 33:3

Anyone can pray, and God will listen; not only that, God will respond! Don't know how? That's okay...  Just have a conversation with God, anytime, anywhere. Prayer is our CONNEXION to God. God is alive, God is listening, and God is Speaking! Still a little bit nervous to pray?  The followers of Jesus asked him how to pray and his answer was the below prayer.
