Why Hope?
There is a universality in the word HOPE. Everyone who is on this planet (and a few floating above) have or have had, HOPE in their lives. It is a word that we all understand no matter what color, sex, age, or creed. HOPE is HOPE... It is why we keep moving forward in what seems to be a world of chaos. HOPE is the anchor to which we can all relate because we have all had it in some way.
We have HOPE in people and their actions. We have HOPE for (maybe not always in) our governments that their intent is to serve our nations. HOPE doesn't even have to be so profound, we have hope that our toilet is going to work in the morning and we have HOPE that the stoplight is going to work! These are all things that link us together as humanity. For do we not have HOPE for the human race?

Why ConneXion?
As Humans, we are made for connexions. From the moment we are conceived we are connected to our mother. As soon as we are born, we spend our lives seeking a to be connected to someone or something. Every relationship we have with anybody, whether good or bad is a connexion. We even choose to fulfill our need for connexional relationships with inanimate substances, and this can lead to abuse of substance.
We believe that this our purpose in life. To help individuals provide connexions that are healthy, through a community of HOPE FAITH and LOVE. If HOPE is our ConneXor, then we can build meaningful relationships filled with love and faith that we all yearn towards from the day we leave our mothers womb.
We use the spelling of connection to be connexion for two reasons; first that the word is recognizably different from what we are used too and two, the word is antiquated and mostly out of use today. An old word can remind us that the connexions we have are timeless, for the Lord whom we serve is timeless. Being out of time makes us realize that our connexions are to the followers of our Lord yesterday, today & tomorrow. For Jesus was, is and will be our Lord until the end of time.
You were made for a purpose. To be in connexion with a group of like-minded individuals like yourself. Connected through our common experience of HOPE with true convictional FAITH, and agape LOVE. We pray that you too become a ConneXor!
